As part of our human capital development tradition, Mr Abubakar Mohammed, of the Budget Analysis Department was nominated to attend a training programme on Understanding and Analyzing the Public Sector Budget by the Eastern and Southern African Management institute (ESAMI), Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania from 17^th – 28^th  July, 2023 with other participants drawn from various African countries including Kenya, Ugada, Malawi, etc.
